The short of it? 100% of recent guests have given this Titusville, FL Airbnb a Five Star rating! 100%! It has everything you will need for a fun and relaxing getaway! This is an ideal location for launches, birding, beaching, fishing, bioluminescence tours, surfing, biking, business trip, and snowbirds. Also, your host, JoAnna, is a superhost in more ways than one! I have too much to say so keep reading!

The House
Let me just say it: JoAnna has an eye!
This beautifully decorated home in historic Titusville is situated just steps away from the Indian River where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll and watch rockets launch into space! This quaint riverfront neighborhood is steeped in history and an eclectic assortment of homes some over 100 years old!
Inside you will see that JoAnna has thought of everything. (Because she’s a Superhost on Airbnb, I kind of imagine her standing proudly, fisted hands on her hips, gazing confidently into the sunset with her cape billowing behind her. I’m not the only one and you know it!) Anyway…
When you step foot into this 840 square foot home, you will fall in love with its mid century modern aesthetic that has a 21st century twist. The Little Black House owns its name proudly as black and white are the major theme throughout the home with splashes of color thoughtfully thrown in.
The Beds and Bath
With only 840 square feet, you may expect the bedrooms to feel small and cramped. The do not!
Each of the two bedrooms has a wonderfully comfy queen bed and a luxurious minimal design that makes you stop to take a deep tranquil breath. One of my favorite features of this house is it’s original windows! As a result, you may hear a little downtown noise, but if you’re a light sleeper, they have you covered with their provided ear plugs! I could personally sleep through a hurricane, (oh wait, I have!) and the neighborhood also is very respectful of quiet hours! The house felt as quiet as a door mouse!
In the bathroom, you will find everything that you need to enjoy a relaxing visit. Towels, soap, shampoo, even toothbrushes are provided for you convenience. They have thought of everything to make you feel like you’re in a luxurious hotel, only better!
Outdoor Spaces
Every space has been thoughtfully crafted! Even the outside!
At the end of the gravel driveway, they have converted the carport into a beautiful outdoor dining area. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out there enjoying our dessert and a glass (or three) of wine with the breezes that drift in off the river.
If you’re here for sand and waves, they even provided a pass for Playalinda Beach and a few essentials in storage next to the laundry. And to you see that in the picture below? It’s an outdoor shower so you can rinse the beach away when you’re ready for your post sun nap!
Coffee Time
Yes. You know that I know that you know that we love coffee. And when you have a place like this enjoy a freshly brewed cup, you relish every minute! But, the freshly brewed coffee wouldn’t be possible with out this great kitchen to brew it in. We’re talking high-end appliances, great cookware and utensils, dishes, glasses…
I know it seems like I’m listing some run of the mill items, but I’ve stayed in my fair share of Airbnb’s and let me tell you, JoAnna has gone above and beyond to ensure that this Titusville, FL Airbnb has everything you need to boast about your amazing stay.
